`HOW WE CALCULATE INTEREST CHARGES
`To calculate the interest charge payable each month, we multiply the average daily balance
`limesthe monthly periodic rate. Your monthly periodic rate may vary each billing cycle. The
`Tonthly penode rate is determined by divding the APR by 12. Your Accounts subject toa
`minimum interest chargeof $1.00. Average Daily Balance: Wefigure the interest charge on
`your Account by applying the monthly periodic rate to the “average daily balance” of your

`including current transactions. To get the “average daily batance” we lake Ihe
`beginning balance of your Account. each day. add any new purchases, charges and other
`fees. and subtract any payments or credils. This gives us the daty balance. Then. we add
`Upall the daily balances for thal billing cycle and divide the total by the numberof days in
`the biling cycle. This gives usthe ‘average daly balance”.
