`I. NON-ARGUMENTATIVE DESCRIPTION OF CASE

`This is a subrogation matter that arises from water damage to the property located at 855
`Main Street Bridgeport, CT 06608 (“Subject Property”) on February 28 2021. The Defendant was
`contracted to maintain, service, and/or repair the heating system located at the Subject Property.
`A water loss occurred damaging the property. The Defendant has admitted responsibility for the
`loss. Therefore, trial will be solely as to the issue of the extent of the damage to the building.
