`($80,000.00) to be paid by the defendants, THOMAS J SIMPSON and THOMAS ONTHKO, to

`plaintiff, JAMAR HEATH to settle the claims against the defendants.

`Pursuant to Conn. Gen. Stat. § 52-192(a), if the offer is not accepted within thirty (30)
`
`days, it shall be considered rejected and subjected to interest at the time of trial pursuant to Conn.

`Gen. Stat. § 52-192(c).
