DOCKET NO.: FBT-CV-22-6119294-S -S_:
`
`SUPERIOR COURT
`
`MICHAEL GENTLE
`
`V.
`
`AARON GERSHON
`
`:
`
`:
`
`J.D. OF FAIRFIELD
`
`AT BRIDGEPORT
`
`SEPTEMBER11, 2023
`
`DEFENDANT AARON GERSHON'S, MOTION TO CONSOLIDATE
`
`NOW COMES, the defendant, Aaron Gershon, pursuant to Section 9-5 of the
`
`Practice Book, and hereby movesto consolidate the above-captioned action with the
`
`cases of Donovan Dickson v. Aaron Gershon (FBT-CV-23-6126769-S) and Fred Smith
`
`v. Aaron Gershon (FBT-CV-22-6115796-S), both of which are pending in this Court. In
`
`support of his motion, Aaron Gershonstates that the claims pending against him in those
`
`separate actions arise from a motor vehicle accident which occurred on September24,
`
`2021 and in which Michael Gentile and Fred Smith claim to have sustained personal
`
`injuries.
`
`In the instant action, Donovan Dickson claimsto have sustained personalinjuries as a
`
`result of that same motor vehicle accident. Theliability issues and proofin each case are
`
`identical. The Michael Gentile and Fred Smith cases have already been consolidated
`
`with each other (see, Orders attached hereto as Exhibits 1 and 2). It would be in the
`
`interest ofjudicial economyto consolidate the Donovan Dickson case with those two
`
`cases.
`
`WHEREFORE,for the foregoing reasons, the defendant hereby movesthatthis
`
`Honorable Court grant this motion and consolidate the instant action with the cases of
`
`Fred Smith v. Aaron Gershon (Docket No. FBT-CV-22-6115796-S) and Donovan
