`to Practice Book §9-5,

`the plaintiffs, Maria Palaguachi and Jose
`
`Palaguachi, move to consolidate the two above-captioned matters. Both actions occurred
`
`as a result of a motor vehicle accident that occurred on February 22. 2022. Both cases are
`
`pending in the Stamford Judicial District.
`
`It would serve theinterests ofjudicial economy
`
`to have these matters consolidated for the purposes ofdiscovery and trial. No prejudice
`
`would result to defendants having the matters heard together. On the contrary, failure to
`
`consolidate these matters could lead to inconsistent verdicts, duplication of witnesses and
`
`duplicative testimony, and waste judicial resources.
