`DEFENDANT, QUAMANIC ST. PIERRE’S MOTION FOR STAY OF EJECTMENT
`
`The defendant in the above-captioned action moves that the Court enter a stay of ejectment for the
`purpose of allowing the above-named defendant adequate time to move out of the subject
`residential premises. In support of this motion, Defendant represents the following:
`
`1. Defendant’s address is 128 McKinley Drive, New Britain, CT 06053.
`
`2. This property is her and her family’s primary residence.
`
`3. She and her husband are the borrowers.
`
`4. The Law Day or sale date was February 1, 2018.
`
`5. She was served with an Execution for Ejectment Mortgage Foreclosure, JD-CV-30,
`including a directive to move their possessions and personal effects and move out of the
`premises by: June 6, 2018.
`
`6. This is the first time she has requested an extension of the above-referenced Execution of
`Ejectment.
`
`7. She respectfully requests additional time of 30 days or as much time as the court deems fair
`and reasonable before moving out.
`
`8. She has tried to find other premises for her family somewhere else in town, with family, or in
`a nearby place in a neighborhood like her neighborhood and has not been able to find one
`due to the fact that the defendant’s daughter has recently been injured in a car accident and
`she has been attending to her daughter’s physical and medical needs, causing a delay in her
`ability to procure new housing.
`
`9. Due to the delay in Defendant’s search for new housing as a result of her daughter’s car
`accident, she asks the court for an additional 30 days to procure housing.
`
