`I am authorized to sign this affidavit on behalf of plaintiff, U.S. Bank National

`Association, not in its Individual Capacity but Solely as Trustee the RMACTrust, Series 2016-CTT,

`(“Plaintiff”) as an officer of Rushmore Loan Management Services, LLC. ("RUSHMORE"), which is
`
`plaintiff's servicing agent for the subject loan ("the Loan").
`
`I am overthe age of eighteen and believe
`
`in the obligations of an oath.
`

`RUSHMORE maintains records for the mortgage loan account that is secured by the
`
`mortgage being foreclosed in this action in its capacity as plaintiff's servicer. As part of my job
`
`responsibilities for RUSHMORE,I am familiar with the type of records maintained by RUSHMORE in
`
`connection with the Loan, including specifically the records reflecting the amounts due on mortgage
`
`loan accounts.

`The information in this affidavit is taken from RUSHMORE's business records.
`
`I have
`
`personal knowledge of RUSHMORE's procedures for creating these records. They are: (a) madeat or
`
`near the time of the occurrence of the matters recorded by persons with personal knowledge of the
`
`information in the business record, or from information transmitted by persons with personal
`
`knowledge; (b) made and kept in the course of RUSHMORE's regularly conducted business activities
`
`as a mortgage loan servicer; and (c) created by RUSHMORE asregular practice
`

`The Plaintiff directly or through an agent, has possession of the promissory note. The
`
`promissory note has been duly indorsed. The Plaintiff is the assignee of the security instrumentfor the
`
`referenced loan.

`I have reviewed the portion of RUSHMORE's business recordsthat reflect the amounts
`
`due on the Loan. A true and correct copy of that part of the business records described aboveis
`
`attached; upon advice of counsel all personal identifying information has been redacted from the
`
`attached business records. It shows that Graciela Maldonado A/K/A Graciela D. Maldonado defaulted,
`
`and the attached business records reflect amounts due on the Loan good through the date stated. The
`
`amounts total $175,124.84 and consistof the following:
