`
`ORDER REGARDING:
`11/25/2024 286.00 MOTION FOR ORDER
`
`The foregoing, having been considered by the Court, is hereby:
`
`ORDER:
`
`The Larson deposition shall be reconvened for an additional four hours. Larson may be deposed as a
`corporate representative and as an individual, but the questioning shall be conducted separately as to
`each status, completed as to one before undertaking the other. The plaintiff may choose whether to
`proceed first with the corporate testimony or the individual testimony.
`
`Examination of the witness as a corporate representative shall be limited to topics 10, 11, 19, 25, 28 and
`29. Under the present circumstances, questioning outside the scope of these topics shall not be
`permitted. If, however, the witness is instructed not to answer questions posed to him as a corporate
`representative that are within the scope of these topics, the deposition will be resumed for a third session
`to complete that testimony.
`
`Objections posed by defense counsel at the deposition shall be strictly confined to the evidentiary basis
`for the objection (e.g. ambiguous, calls for speculation, etc.) without elaboration. There shall be no
`colloquy concerning objections unless it is invited by the questioning attorney. There shall be no
`colloquy between defense counsel and the witness during questioning, except to instruct the witness not
`to answer a question on scope or privilege grounds, and there shall be no consultation between counsel
`and the witness while a question is pending, absent agreement by the questioning attorney.
`
`Judicial Notice (JDNO) was sent regarding this order.
