`Collins having passed to David N. Collins by virtue of her death on July 26, 2008.
`Said premises are conveyed subject to any and all provisions of public andprivate law,
`including those concerning inland wetlands and zoning regulations of the Town of
`Norwich andalt taxes hereafter due the Town of Norwich, which the grantees herein
`assume and agree to pay.
`Ido hereby covenantwith the said Grantees,their heirs, successors and assignsthat I
`havefull power and authority as Executrix aforesaid to grant and convey the above-
