`The plaintiff moved that the defendant be defaulted for his failure to plead. The

`plaintiff’s amended complaint was filed on November 29, 2024. In accordance with Rule 10-8,

`the defendant’s pleading was due within 30 days, or on or before December 29. 2024. The
`
`defendant has not yet pled. Therefore, the plaintiff moves that the plaintiff be defaulted for
`
`failure to plead.
