`Both parties agree reasonable use and occupancy shall be $ not applicable

`1. Defendant agree to vacate the subject premises 37 East Cotton Hill Road, New Hartford CT 06057 on or before
`September 30, 2025 and agree not to file any motions to open, appeal, or seek any further stays {except as stated herein).
`
`2. The Parties agree to abide by all statutory Landlord/Tenant rights and responsibilities.
`
`3. The Defendant will pay towards the use and occupancy / arrearage in the amount of $1000.00 to be postmarked on or
`before the 8/29/25.
`
`4. Parties understand that they did not have to enter into this stipulation, and that either party could have chosen to take
`this matter to trial to have it heard on the merits.
`
`5. The Defendants represent that he is the sole adult occupant of the premises and will remain as such during the course
`of this stipulation.
`
`6.If all terms and conditions of this stipulation are abided by, the Defendant may file a Motion to Open and Vacate the
`Judgment. Upon granting of this motion the Plaintiff will file a timely Withdrawal of Action.
`
`The premises shall be left broom-clean and the keys to the premises returned to: leave on kitchen counter (24 hour notice)
`
`Any personal property left in the premises after the keys are returned will be considered abandoned.
`
`Payments shall be made to the payable to Igor Teleshevsky via certified mail to 193 Lincoln Avenue, Pelham, NY 10803
`
