`MOTION FOR ORDER OF COMPLIANCE

`The Defendant hereby requests, pursuant to Section 13-14 of the Connecticut Practice Book,
`that an Order of Compliance be entered against the Defendant, Dekk Group, LLC, for the
`Defendant’s failure to answer the standard Interrogatories and Requests for Production
`served by the Defendant on July 30, 2021.
`
`After two requests for extension of time, the Defendant has failed to answer the discovery
`requests to which there was no objection.
`
`WHEREFORE, the Plaintiff respectfully requests the Court enter an Order for the Defendant
`to comply with the discovery served within a reasonable amount of time.
