`On 9lBl15 the Plaintiff filed a caseflow reguest stating the parties had reached a tentative settlement, but the Defendant needed
`more time to secure funds. The Court granted the reguest, but stated that the matter has been reported settled and scheduled
`the matter for dismissal if a withdrawal is not filed by 1Dl9l15. The parties are extremely close and will continue to work towards
`a finalized settlement. However, the Plaintiff hereby resgectfully reguests that this matter be scheduled for trial.
