`Pursuant to Practice Book Section 17-22, the Plaintiff, TOWN OF WINDHAM, herein
`hereby gives notice to all parties of record, pro se parties and non-appearing parties that on
`November 3, 2025, a Judgment of Strict Foreclosure was entered by the Honorable Mark
`Altermatt. The Court set the law date to commence on January 6,2026. A copy of the judgment
`is attached.

`The Court found the debt to be $160,300.00 as of October 21, 2024, and the fair market
`value of the property to be $1.00.
`
`The Court awarded attorney’s fees of $3,903.50 and allowed an appraiser’s fee of $500.00
`and a title search fee of $225.00.

`Notice is given to all parties that the Clerk’s office will tax the following Bill of Costs on
`Wednesday November 12, 2025, after 10:00 a.m. The Plaintiff does not intend to appear for this
`taxing of costs unless notified of an objection to the proposed Bill of Costs.
