`For the reasons set forth in the Memorandum Opinion issued this date, IT IS HEREBY
`
`ORDERED that:
`

`Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment as to the Goodyear Hybrid Wiper
`
`Products (D.I. 158) is GRANTED IN PART, specifically with respect to the '607, ' 096, '698,
`
`and ' 988 patents. In all other respects, Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment is DENIED
`
`WITHOUT PREJUDICE to renew when the stay being entered is lifted.
`

`Defendant Costco ' s request for leave to file a motion to dismiss (D.I. 345) is
`
`GRANTED. If such a motion is to be filed, it shall be filed no later than April 6, 2016 and shall
`
`be briefed according to the Local Rules.
`
`3.

`Other than: (i) the motion and briefing contemplated in paragraph 2 above, (ii) any
`
`ongoing efforts by Plaintiffs to comply with the Court' s discovery orders and the parties' efforts
`
`to resolve any related disputes, and (iii) filings compliant with paragraphs 4 and 5 below, this
`
`case is STAYED until further order of the Court. All dates in any scheduling order are
`
`VACATED.
`

`The parties shall file a joint status report no later than April 15, 2016 and every
`
`thirty (30) days thereafter.
`
`5.
`
`Because the Memorandum Opinion is filed under seal, the parties shall meet and
`
`confer and shall, no later than March 21, 2016, provide the Court with a proposed redacted
`
`version of the Memorandum Opinion. Thereafter, the Court will issue a publicly-available
`
`version of the Memorandum Opinion.
`

`In light of the stay, Bosch LLC's Motion to Dismiss for Failure to State a Claim
`
`certain of Costco' s counterclaims (D.I. 252) is DENIED WITHOUT PREJUDICE to renew when
`
`the stay is lifted.
