`(“Apple”), AT&T Inc. (“AT&T”), and AT&T Mobility LLC (“AT&T Mobility”),

`(collectively the “Parties”), by and through counsel, hereby stipulate to the dismissal of this

`entire action as follows:

`All claims asserted by Immersion against Defendants in the Complaint filed in

`this action are dismissed with prejudice in their entirety.

`The Parties shall each bear their own costs and attorney’s fees incurred in

`connection with this action.
