`Pursuant to the Court's December 5, 2017 Oral Order and the parties' stipulations, the
`parties write to advise the Court that after multiple meet and confers, including both in person
`(between Delaware counsel) and by telephone, the most recent being on March 1, 2018, they
`have narrowed their disputes regarding the protective order to a single issue regarding the
`process for disclosing and objecting to proposed experts.
