`STIPULATION AND ORDER TO EXTEND TIME
`
`WHEREAS, the Court entered a scheduling order in the above-captioned action on
`
`September 18, 2017 (the “Scheduling Order,” D.I.20);
`
`WHEREAS, pursuant to § 12 of the Scheduling Order, the date by which the parties must
`
`submit their Joint Claim Construction Chart was originally March 16, 2018;
`
`WHEREAS, the parties sought and received an extension to submit the Joint Claim
`
`Construction Chart, which is currently due to the Court on March 19, 2018;
`
`WHEREAS Plaintiff has agreed to provide any revised constructions no later than 1 pm
`
`ET on March 20, 2018, subject to Defendants’ right to object thereto; and
`
`WHEREAS, Plaintiff has requested an additional day to submit the Joint Claim
`
`Construction Chart;
`
`NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED by the parties, subject to the
`
`approval of the Court, that the time for the parties to submit the Joint Claim Construction Chart,
`
`currently scheduled to be submitted to the Court on March 19, 2018, is extended through and
`
`including March 20, 2018.
