`I, Elizabeth L. Stameshkin, declare as follows:

`I am an associate at the law firm Cooley LLP, counsel of record for defendants

`Oculus VR LLC and Facebook, Inc. (collectively, the “Defendants”) in the above-captioned
`
`case. I make this declaration in support of Defendants’ Initial Claim Constriction Brief (the

`“Brief”).
