`WHEREAS the Scheduling Order (D.I 28) provides for each side to have one 40-page
`
`
`
`opening brief supporting all their summary judgment and Daubert motions, one 40-page
`
`answering brief responding to the other side’s opening brief (if necessary), and one 20-page
`
`reply brief responding to the other side’s answering brief (if necessary); and
`
`
`
`WHEREAS the parties wish to increase those limits to 50 pages for the opening brief, 50
`
`pages for the answering brief, and 25 pages for the reply brief.
`
`IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED by the parties, subject to Court approval,
`
`that each side shall be permitted to file one 50-page opening brief supporting all their summary
`
`judgment and Daubert motions, one 50-page answering brief responding to the other side’s
`
`opening brief (if necessary), and one 25-page reply brief responding to the other side’s
`
`answering brief (if necessary).
