`
`Team,
`
`I reviewed the product status report Gianluca included with the trip report.
`
`The report was taken with SMU at 707hrs.
`
`It appears the machine has not been operated since the tip over event.
`
`There are event codes for Low Engine Oil Pressure, Low Hydraulic Pressure and Low Hydraulic Oil Level all occurring at 707hrs. There is only one occurrence of
`each.
`
`There is a single occurrence of a level 2 event code for low rotor speed occurring at 707hrs. This occur when the rotor speed is less than allowable speed (for
`the given engine speed) for more than 1.5 seconds. The criterion for level 2 was developed to indicate belt slip. It would be interesting find out if the low
`rotor speed event occurred just before the tip over event or as a result of the tip over event.
`
`There are no other events or diagnostic codes coincident with the tip over event that would indicate a malfunction of the machine systems. I am considering
`the low engine oil pressure event the indictor that the machine had tipped.
`
`It would be good to get a listing of the events and diagnostic codes logged in the grade control screens (these are not reported in a product status report and
`need to be obtained separately) and a Zsnap. The zsnap would indicate the current grade control settingsThe zsnap also provides a running log of certain
`past activity with the grade system, but wil l contain no sensor data from the event.
`
`I reviewed the fault history that has come up via product link —see attach ed.The machine has not reported since 2JUL20 at 551hrs. So we do not have any
`additional timing/sequencing of the fault codes recorded in the product status report.
`
`Unrelated to the tip over issue, the histogram for the air inlet temperatures indicates the reading are hot. There are also a high number of AATAC outlet
`temperature sensor faults. This should be investigated to insure proper engine performance.
`
`Lifetime: Accumulated Time vs Air Inlet Temperature- C18 PM800 (RDY00147) >80C (1760 = 245hrs of run time.
`
