`19-Nov-13 Mara is on maternity leave until April/ May. Umberto will update financial sheets.. 01-Apr-14:
`Giuseppe will be covering for Elisa during her maternity leave (End of April or May start leave). 13-May-14:
`Control sessions will not be held during interim period and excel sheets need to be updated. We will add
`control/ critical path review to the FT agenda ever other week prior to schedules being published. 27-May-
`14: Amy Guppy resuming schedule maintenance and Tim L. will take over engineering. 03-June-14: Garret
`will be coming to Minebio Tues June 17- Thur June 19. 10-June-14: No changes. 17-June-14: Anthony
`Low will be moving to MPSD parts division in Singapore effective July 1". 24-June-14: Kevin will be
`traveling to Italy July 7°". 08-July-14: Kevin and Mark will be in Minerbio July 14".

`Proto Build Issues/ Build Meeting .
`Internal Build 25-Feb-14: There will be a 12.00 - 12.30 daily meeting in Minerbio to
`discuss issues. Engineering will be present starting Monday. Engineering will review DCC build
`issues daily. +1-612-710-0491 will be Eric’s number available for questions. Will move to 16.30
`after on-site support arrives. 04-Mar-14: Daily meeting has started. Start time is 17.00. 11-Mar-
`14: ~75 T-cards/ Issues. Jason will enter all issues from first two weeks when he is backin the
`office. 25-Mar-14: Jason’s issues are loaded into DCC. Lucian will load his into DCC when he
`arrives. 40 issues being generated per week. 01-Apr-14: Jason identified 70 issues and Lucian
`had 76. Any additional T-cards? 08-Apr-14: Eric has about 40-50 issues to add. ~200 issues
`entered. No show stoppers. 15-Apr-14: ~225 issues. Largest issue has been hydraulic pump
`rotation. Working mitigation plan for pump rework currently. 22-Apr-14: Fabio is documenting the
`build issues until May 5".
`1 of Kevin's issues has 85 buy level parts or Make level. Changesfor
`Fab needto be released by July 4" (60 day lead time) and August 1° for 60 day assembly lead
`times. Will meet on Thursdayto discuss timing with Gina. 29-Apr-14: Current issue list is 227
`that are in DCC..
`1 issue has 85 parts associated with it. Plan is to close all of them by the pilot
`build. All reworked pumps have been received and areeither installed or will be installed today.
`6-May-14: Front steering cylinder interfered with grease line that charges primary conveyor
`tensioning system. SUCCESSFULLY STARTED MACHINE!!!!!!' Steers andlifts © ~60% of way
`through functional testing. 13-May-14: Assembly to finish next week Wednesday. 27-May-14:
`Machine is build.
`In ship prep now. Ship is leaving June 7th (was the 4th). Machine is leaving
`Minerbio as late as possible ~ June 5th. 03-June-14: Fabio is working on the final documentation
`to send out tomorrow. 10-June-14: Fabio sent final documentation and Jason is working on
`entering final issues in DCC. 17-June-14: Final batch of T-cards meeting will occur today. 24-
`June-14: All build issues are loaded into DCC and reviewed for completeness. Clarification
`required on 1 item. 08-July-14: All build issues documented.. Issue closed.

`Pivot Frame Weldment (372-6865) SBS 18-Feb-14: Hole out of tolerance. What is the
`feedbackto the supplier and root cause analysis and permanentsolution to ensure this doesn’t
`occur again. Simone contact quality to reject/ documentation. 25-Feb-14: Pivots are being
`inspected now to provide measurementsfor rejecting. 04-Mar-14:
`IQA has inspected and
`provided a report to SBS. 2 good/ 1 out. 11-Mar-14: MRDR, part to be returned to supplier to
`determine root cause/ corrective action. 25-Mar-14: Review held with SBS. Theyfeel confident
`they can hold the tolerance. Unable to explain why the hole dimension wasincorrect. SBS
`requested the part back. Simone will check on status with the Minebio personal on shipping
`status. 01-Apr-14: Part still needs to ship (Barbara is the contact- Beatrice will meet to
`coordinate) 08-Apr-14: Working with supplier to ship by end of this week. 15-Apr-14: Sent to
`supplier this morning. 29-Apr-14: No update from supplier. 6-May-14: Scheduled to return to
`facility Week 21. 13-May-14: No update. Would need a status update for Checkpoint #1. 27-
`May-14: Part arrived back at Cattolica and will go through incoming quality. Corrective action
`report was sent to Kevin. 03-June-14: Waiting for Kevin to report. 10-June-14: Kevin will follow
`up with SBS. 17-June-14: Requesting segment help. 24-June-14:
`PCE is visiting. Kevin to
`provide update. 08-July-14:

`Conveyor Pivot (386-1458) SBS 04-Mar-14: Parts inspected and 1 good/ 2 out of spec. SBS
`is supplier. 2 parts rejected.
`IQA report needed next to provide to supplier. 11-Mar-14: Same
`steps required as above- MRDR, part to be returned to supplier to determine root cause/
`corrective action. 25-Mar-14: Review held with SBS. Measuring method for spacing was rough
`for proto’s (tape measurevs. caliper). Kevin is requesting a copy of the MRDR from Elisa. Need
`to determine rework plan/ scrap and determine if supplier recovery is warranted. 01-Apr-14:
`Follow up discussion will occur to finalize scrap/ use. Review of tolerance/ design to occur also to
`improve robustness. 08-Apr-14: Lucian is reviewing to use as-is. 15-Apr-14: Lucian wants to
`send one part back(furthest out of tolerance) and will use the others as-is. Beatrice will help

`Folding Linkage 03-June-14: Highlighted as risks for the pilot build. Fixes would be tested
`when the machine is in MPLS. TBD schedule to implement. Work will begin on linkage soon. 10-
`June-14: Same status. Need to balance releasing the known issues and the large change that

`Baltimore quote in process. Reserveslot for shipping. 15-Apr-14: Will review date near end of

`logistics team. 27-May-14: Firm plans to Baltimore. Baltimore to Champlin will be finalized when
