`Plaintiff today filed a corrected version of Plaintiff’s Opening Brief In Support of
`Motions for Enhanced Damages, Attorneys’ Fees, Injunction or Ongoing Royalties, and Other
`Relief (D.I. 372). All of the corrections relate to errors in cited page numbers, except for the
`insertion of the previously omitted term “per” before “annum” on page 24 and a change to the
`font color in the table on page 10.
