`4B, James A. Byrne United States Courthouse, 601 Market Street, Philadelphia,
`Pennsylvania. At this conference, the parties shall be prepared to discuss whether motions
`for summary judgment should be filed. Any party seeking to file a summary judgment
`motion shall, on or before July 1, 2020, file a three (3) page letter explaining why, in light
`of the fact that the case will be resolved by a bench trial, summary judgment is appropriate.
`No motions for summary judgement shall be filed unless discussed with the court at the
`July 1, 2020 status conference and the court deems such motion practice appropriate;
