`Pursuant to Federal Rules of Civil Procedure 50(b) and 59(a), Defendant Planmeca USA,
`
`Inc. renews its motion for judgment as a matter of law that claim 1 of U.S. Patent No. 6,944,262
`
`and claim 6 of U.S. Patent No. 8,498,374 are invalid for lack of written description and
`
`enablement, or in the alternative, moves for a new trial on those issues.
`
`The grounds for this motion are set forth in Planmeca’s opening brief filed herewith and
`
`for the reasons stated on the record at trial.
