`WHEREAS, following the Court’s entry of the Stipulation to Extend Time to file motions
`
`for attorneys’ fees and/or costs and Bill of Costs on December 20, 2022 (D.I. 131), Plaintiff, Kroy
`
`IP Holdings, LLC (“Kroy”) filed a Notice of Appeal to the United Stated Court of Appeals for the
`
`Federal Circuit on January 3, 2023 (D.I. 132);
`
`WHEREAS, following additional correspondence between the parties, in an effort to
`
`promote judicial efficiency and to conserve litigation costs, the parties wish to extend the deadlines
`
`for filing motions for attorneys’ fees and/or costs and Bill of Costs;
`
`NOW THEREFORE, it is hereby stipulated and agreed, subject to the approval and Order
`
`of the Court, that the deadlines for filing a Bill of Costs or a motion for attorney fees pursuant to
`
`Fed. R. Civ. P. 54(d) are extended until thirty (30) days after the Federal Circuit's issuance of the
`
`mandate regarding Kroy‘s appeal to the Federal Circuit.
