`PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 30(b)(1),

`Plaintiffs Genentech, Inc. and City of Hope, (collectively “Plaintiffs”), will take the deposition

`upon oral examination of Jeffrey Yant.
`
`This deposition shall commence on April 30, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. at the law office of

`Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr LLP, 350 S. Grand Avenue, Suite 2100, Los Angeles,
`
`California 90071, or at such other time and location as agreed upon by the parties, shall continue
`
`day to day thereafter, and shall be taken before a duly certified court reporter and notary public
`
`or other person authorized by law to administer oaths. The deposition will be recorded by
`
`stenographic means and videotape.
