`PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the deposition will take place at Memorial Sloan

`Kettering Cancer Center, Breast and Imaging Center, 300 E. 66th Street, (corner of 2nd Avenue),

`9th Floor, New York, New York 10065, beginning on Monday, June 17, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. and
`
`continuing on consecutive business days as necessary, or at such other time and location as agreed
`
`upon by the parties. The testimony will be before a duly certified court reporter and notary public
`
`or other person authorized by law to administer oaths. The deposition will be recorded by
`
`stenographic means and by videotape.
