`Plaintiffs Genentech, Inc. and City of Hope (“Plaintiffs”), by and through their

`undersigned counsel, respectfully seek an Order compelling production of additional materials

`withheld by Amgen on the basis of privilege in light of Amgen’s invocation of a reliance on the
`
`advice of counsel defense to willful infringement. The grounds for Plaintiffs’ motion are set
`
`forth in the supporting letter brief filed contemporaneously herewith, along with a Proposed
`
`Order. Plaintiffs will present their motion during a conference with the Court on June 18, 2019,
`
`at 11:00 a.m.
