`Following the discussion of Amgen’s Motion for Protective Order (D.I. 413, 414) in the
`October 16 discovery hearing in the above referenced case, the Court provided Amgen two
`options as to the trial schedule for this case. Upon considering the options, Amgen elects to
`move the trial date from December 9, 2019 to the Spring of 2020. Delaware counsel for the
`parties will contact the Court to confirm a new trial date.
