`The parties hereby stipulate and agree, subject to the approval of the Court,

`that the deadline for the parties to submit a joint brief in support of their respective

`positions on the disputes noted in the parties’ joint preliminary and final jury
`
`instructions (D.I. 498, 499) will be Tuesday, February 11, 2020. The parties will
`
`exchange drafts of their respective portions of the brief by 3 p.m. ET Friday
`
`February 7, and the parties will exchange any revisions to their portions of the brief
`
`by 6 p.m. ET Monday, February 10. The parties further agree that the brief will be
`
`limited to 3,000 words per party, not including headings and the text of the
`
`competing proposals that are included only for the Court’s convenience.
