`This ____ day of September 2018, the Court having conducted a Rule 16 Scheduling

`Conference on September 6, 2018 and having directed the parties to submit a form of Scheduling
`
`Order memorializing the Court’s rulings at the Conference;
`
`IT IS ORDERED that:
`

`
`Markman Claim Construction Hearing. A Markman claim construction
`
`hearing shall be held on March 12, 2019 at 9:30 a.m. The Markman hearing is scheduled for the
`
`full day. The parties shall meet and confer regarding narrowing and reducing the number of
`
`claim construction issues. The parties shall exchange a list of terms to be construed on or before
`
`
`
`

`November 7, 2018, and exchange a list of proposed constructions on or before November 14,
`
`2018. The parties shall meet and confer to narrow claim construction disputes by November 28,
`
`2018. On or before December 5, 2018, the parties shall submit a Final Joint Claim Chart which
`
`shall include citations to intrinsic evidence. The parties shall file opening claim construction
`
`briefs on January 11, 2019 and answering claim construction briefs on February 8, 2019. The
`
`Plaintiffs shall submit to the court a Joint Appendix of Intrinsic Evidence (the “Joint Appendix”)
`
`containing all intrinsic evidence relied upon in the claim construction briefing by February 15,
`
`2019. A sample table of contents of the Joint Appendix can be located on this court’s website at
`
`www.ded.uscourts.gov.
`

`Discovery. All fact discovery in these cases shall be initiated so that it will be
`
`completed on or before May 13, 2019. The parties shall substantially complete document
`
`production by January 14, 2019.
`
`3.
`
`Additional Dates. The court will address the remaining dates to be scheduled in
`
`this action at the status conference to be held on October 15, 2018 at 10:00 a.m.
