`NOTICE OF DEPOSITION OF TAE-SOO LEE
`
`PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 26 and 30, Plaintiffs Genentech,
`
`Inc. and City of Hope will take the deposition of Tae-Soo Lee by oral examination using video
`
`tape, audio tape, or other stenographic means, or a combination of those means. The deposition
`
`will be held on May 24, 2019 and May 25, 2019, at the offices of White & Case LLP, 1221 Avenue
`
`of the Americas, New York, NY 10020-1095. The deposition will continue from day-to-day
`
`beginning at 9:00 a.m. until completed, with such adjournments as to time and place as may be
`
`necessary. The deposition will be before a Notary Public or other officer authorized by law to
`
`administer oaths. The deposition will be taken for the purposes of discovery, for use at trial in this
`
`matter, and for any other purpose permitted under the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and the
`
`Local Rules of this Court.
