`PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 26 and 30, Plaintiff
`
`Genentech, Inc will take the deposition of Yoonseok Lee by oral examination using video tape,
`
`audio tape, or other stenographic means, or a combination of those means. The deposition will be
`
`held on May 30, 2019 and May 31, 2019, at the offices of White & Case LLP, 1221 Avenue of
`
`the Americas, New York, NY 10020-1095. The deposition will continue from day-to-day
`
`beginning at 9:00 a.m. until completed, with such adjournments as to time and place as may be
`
`necessary. The deposition will be before a Notary Public or other officer authorized by law to
`
`administer oaths. The deposition will be taken for the purposes of discovery, for use at trial in
`
`this matter, and for any other purpose permitted under the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and
`
`the Local Rules of this Court.
