`PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 26 and 30, Plaintiff Genentech,
`
`Inc will take the deposition of Chul Kim by oral examination using video tape, audio tape, or other
`
`stenographic means, or a combination of those means. The deposition will be held on May 29,
`
`2019 and May 30, 2019, at the offices of White & Case LLP, 1221 Avenue of the Americas, New
`
`York, NY 10020-1095. The deposition will continue from day-to-day beginning at 9:00 a.m. until
`
`completed, with such adjournments as to time and place as may be necessary. The deposition will
`
`be before a Notary Public or other officer authorized by law to administer oaths. The deposition
`
`will be taken for the purposes of discovery, for use at trial in this matter, and for any other purpose
`
`permitted under the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and the Local Rules of this Court.
