`PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 26 and 30, Plaintiffs Genentech,

`Inc. and City of Hope will take the deposition of Dr. Susan Sharfstein by oral examination using
`
`video tape, audio tape, or other stenographic means, or a combination of those means. The
`
`deposition will commence on March 1, 2019, at the offices of Cooley LLP, The Grace Building,
`
`1114 Avenue of the Americas, 46th Floor, New York, NY 10036-7798. The deposition will
`
`continue from day-to-day beginning at 9:00 a.m. until completed, with such adjournments as to
`
`time and place as may be necessary. The deposition will be before a Notary Public or other officer
`
`authorized by law to administer oaths. The deposition will be taken for the purposes of discovery,
`
`

`for use at trial in this matter, and for any other purpose permitted under the Federal Rules of Civil
