`PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 26 and 30, Plaintiffs Genentech,
`
`Inc. and City of Hope will take the deposition of Dr. Jeffrey Chalmers by oral examination using
`
`video tape, audio tape, or other stenographic means, or a combination of those means. The
`
`deposition will commence on February 28, 2019, at Executive Office Place, 200 E. Campus View
`
`Boulevard, Suite 200, Columbus, OH 43235. The deposition will continue from day-to-day
`
`beginning at 9:00 a.m. until completed, with such adjournments as to time and place as may be
`
`necessary. The deposition will be before a Notary Public or other officer authorized by law to
`
`administer oaths. The deposition will be taken for the purposes of discovery, for use at trial in this
`
`
`
