`XILINX’S MOTION FOR PROTECTIVE ORDER

`Pursuant to the Court’s Stipulation and Order Relating to Procedures for Resolving
`
`Discovery Disputes Before Special Master (D.I. 75), Xilinx, Inc. and Xilinx Asia Pacific Pte.
`
`Ltd. (together, “Xilinx”) hereby move the Court for a protective order relating to third-party
`
`discovery. The grounds for this motion are fully set forth in Xilinx’s Opening Letter Brief and
`
`the exhibits to the Declaration of John R. Lanham, which were submitted to the Special Master
`
`contemporaneously herewith. Pursuant to D. Del. LR 7.1.1, undersigned counsel certifies that a
`
`reasonable effort was made to reach agreement with Analog Devices, Inc. regarding the matters

`set forth in this motion, including oral communication involving Delaware counsel for all parties,

`and no agreement was reached.
