`DEPOSITION TO CHASE WATTERSON

`PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, pursuant to Rules 26 and 30 of the Federal Rules of Civil
`
`Procedure, Plaintiff Peloton Interactive, Inc. (“Peloton”), by and through its counsel of record, will
`
`take the deposition of Chase Watterson at 9 am EST on November 19, 2021 or at such other time
`
`and place mutually agreed upon by the parties, and will continue from day to day until completed.
`
`The deposition will be take place by remote video conferencing in accordance with the instructions
`
`provided to counsel in advance of the deposition. The deposition will be taken before a court

`reporter or other person authorized by law to administer oaths and will be recorded by stenographic
