`IFIT’S NOTICE OF DEPOSITION TO WILLIAM LYNCH
`
`PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, pursuant to Federal Rules of Civil Procedure 26 and 30,
`
`Defendant and Counterclaim Plaintiff iFIT INC. (“iFIT”), by and through its attorneys of record,
`
`will take the deposition of William Lynch.
`
`The deposition will take place on December 20, 2021, beginning at 9:30 a.m. EST, in
`
`person at Foley & Lardner’s office at 90 Park Avenue, New York, NY 10016, or at such other
`
`time and location as the parties and witnesses shall agree, and shall continue from day to day,
`
`Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays excepted, until completed.
`
`The deposition will be conducted under oath by a court reporter or other person
`
`authorized to administer oaths and take such testimony, and will be conducted in accordance
`
`with the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and the Local Rules of the United States District Court
`
`for the District of Delaware. The deposition may be recorded by stenographic and videographic
`
`means, as well as real-time (e.g., “LiveNote”) recording.
`
`The deposition will be taken for the purposes of discovery, use at trial, and any other
`
`purposes permitted by the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and the Court’s Local Rules.
