`Whereas the Court coordinated the pre-trial schedules in this action and Peloton
`
`Interactive, Inc. v. Echelon Fitness Multimedia, LLC (C.A. 19-1903-RGA), due to the number of
`
`related issues therebetween (see D.I. 29, Tr. of Aug. 25, 2020, Teleconference at 7:24 to 8:12);
`
`
`
`Whereas the parties in C.A. 19-1903 have entered into a stipulation to amend the pre-trial
`
`schedule therein (C.A. 19-1903, D.I. 205); and
`
`
`
`Whereas the Court has entered an Order amending the schedule in C.A. 19-1903 to adopt
`
`the parties’ stipulation (C.A. 19-1903, D.I. 206);
`

`
`Now, to maintain these related cases on the same schedule, IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED,

`by and between the parties, subject to the approval of the Court, that the schedule in this action
