`PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, pursuant to Rules 26 and 30 of the Federal Rules of Civil
`
`Procedure, Plaintiff Peloton Interactive, Inc. (“Peloton”), by and through its counsel of record, will
`
`take the deposition of Dean Johnson at 10 am EST on February 1, 2022, or at such other time and
`
`place mutually agreed upon by the parties, and will continue from day to day until completed. The
`
`deposition will take place by remote video conferencing in accordance with the instructions
`
`provided to counsel in advance of the deposition. The deposition will be taken before a court
`
`reporter or other person authorized by law to administer oaths and will be recorded by stenographic
`
`means as well as sound and video recording.
