`WHEREAS, Defendant Seagen Inc. (“Seagen”) intends to file a motion in lieu of
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`answering the Complaint (D.I. 1); and
`
`WHEREAS, the parties have agreed, subject to the Court’s approval, to a briefing
`
`schedule for the anticipated motion.
`
`NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED by and between
`
`the parties, through their undersigned counsel and subject to the approval of the Court, that:
`
`(1) Seagen’s deadline to answer, move against, or otherwise respond to the Complaint is
`
`extended from December 4, 2020 to December 18, 2020;
`
`(2) Plaintiffs shall file an opposition to any motion Seagen files against the Complaint on
`
`or before January 18, 2021; and
`
`(3) Seagen shall file a reply brief in further support of any such motion on or before
`
`February 1, 2021.
