`by experts retained by Defendants YouTube, LLC and Google LLC (collectively, “Google”);

`WHEREAS, the Parties are working toward an agreement regarding that scope of said

`review;

`WHEREAS, the Parties agree more time should be allotted for said review and preparation
`
`of the opening expert reports in light of the delay occasioned by the dispute;

`IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED, by and between the parties hereto, and
