`IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that CSC’s Motion to Dismiss is GRANTED; to wit:
`
`(1) Count IV of Plaintiff PayRange Inc.’s (“PayRange”) Amended Complaint is
`
`dismissed as to U.S. Patent No. 11,481,772 (the “’772 Patent”) because that patent is invalid
`
`under 35 U.S.C. § 101 for claiming ineligible subject matter; and
`
`(2) The indirect infringement and willfulness claims set forth in Counts II, III, and IV of
`
`PayRange’s Complaint are dismissed as to U.S. Patent Nos. 10,438,208 (the “’208 Patent”),
`
`10,891,608 (the “’608 Patent”), and the ‘772 Patent.
