`I’m writing to inform you that we reached a settlement with KioSoft. Per the parties’ agreement, PayRange withdraws
`its infringement allegations with respect to CSCPay Mobile. To that end, we plan to serve amended infringement
`contentions later today to clarify the scope of the remaining allegations. In addition, PayRange would like to file an
`amended complaint which clarifies that only CSC Go is now accused. We plan to send you a draft amended complaint
`later today. Please let us know if CSC is willing to stipulate to an amended complaint with that amendment.
