`DEFENDANT CSC SERVICEWORKS, INC.’S RENEWED MOTION TO STAY
`PENDING INTER PARTES REVIEW
`
`
`
`Defendant CSC ServiceWorks Inc. (“CSC”) hereby renews its motion to stay this action
`
`pending final resolution of Inter Partes Review proceedings for the ‘045 and ‘772 patents. D.I. 52.
`
`On April 12, 2024, the PTAB instituted review of CSC’s IPR petition challenging claim 11 of the
`
`’772 patent—the sole asserted claim of the ‘772 patent. Ex. A, ’772 Institution Decision. For the
`
`reasons set forth in CSC’s Opening Brief in Support of Its Motion to Stay (D.I. 53), all relevant
`
`factors favor staying this case pending final disposition of the instituted IPR proceedings
`
`challenging the validity of all asserted claims of the ‘045 and ‘772 patents.
