`VIA CM/ECF & HAND DELIVERY
`The Honorable Maryellen Noreika
`United States District Court
`844 North King Street
`Unit 19, Room 4324
`Wilmington, DE 19801
`
`
`
`
`Dear Judge Noreika,
`
`We write regarding Defendant CSC ServiceWorks, Inc.’s (“CSC”) Motion to Stay Pending
`
`Inter Partes Review. See D.I. 52-55. On February 26, 2024, the Court denied CSC’s Motion to
`Stay without prejudice as premature, holding that CSC could renew its Motion after the PTAB
`decided whether to institute review of CSC’s IPR Petition as to U.S. Patent No. 11,481,772 (“the
`‘772 patent”). D.I. 61. During the March 27, 2024 hearing regarding CSC’s Motion to Dismiss,
`the Court instructed CSC to apprise it of that decision when it is issued. See D.I. 74 at 16:17-17:1.
`
`As per the Court’s instructions, CSC writes to inform the Court that on April 12, 2024, the
`
`PTAB granted institution of CSC’s IPR petition challenging claim 11 of the ’772 patent, which is
`the sole asserted claim of that patent in this lawsuit. A true and correct copy of the institution
`decision has been attached hereto as Exhibit A. In light of the PTAB’s decision, CSC has filed a
`Renewed Motion to Stay Pending Inter Partes Review concurrently with this notice letter.
`
`
`Respectfully submitted,
`
