`AND REQUEST TO UPDATE THE DOCKET AND CAPTION

`Defendant, through undersigned counsel, hereby notifies the Court and all parties to the

`above-entitled action that, effective October 28, 2024, Defendant changed its name from
`
`“PayRange Inc.” to “PayRange LLC”. Defendant’s certification of name change is attached as
`
`Exhibit A to this notice.
`
`In light of its name change, Defendant respectfully requests that the Court update its
`
`docket to reflect Defendant’s name change from “PayRange Inc.” to “PayRange LLC” and to
`
`modify the caption accordingly.
`
`Plaintiff Alliance Laundry System LLC does not object to modifying the case caption to
`
`reflect Defendant’s name change.
