`PARTES REVIEW INSTITUTION DECISIONS
`WHEREAS on August 28, 2025 Plaintiff Alliance Laundry Systems LLC (“Alliance”)
`notified the Court of the United States Patent Trial and Appeal Board’s institution of post-grant
`review of all claims of U.S. Patent Nos. 11,966,920 and 11,972,423, Alliance’s pending petitions
`for inter partes review of the two other patents at issue in this litigation, U.S. Patent Nos.
`11,481,772 and 10,891,608, and its intent to file a Motion to Stay (D.I. 33);
`WHEREAS institution decisions for the ’772 and ’608 patents are expected by October
`and November 2025, respectively; and
`WHEREAS on September 3, 2025 Alliance and Defendant PayRange LLC (“PayRange”)
`met and conferred and agreed that a stay pending institution decisions regarding the ’772 and
`’608 patents would promote judicial efficiency.
`NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED by the parties, subject to the
`approval of the Court, that:
`1. The above- captioned matter is stayed until 14 days following Alliance’s receipt of the
`later of the PTAB’s institution decisions regarding U.S. Patent Nos. 11,481,772 and 10,891,608.
